








What is Ghee?
Ghee is a class of ‘Clarified butter’ that originated in ancient India. It is commonly used in cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, Middle Eastern cuisine, and traditional medicine. Ghee is made of butter and used for cooking, especially by vegans. The quality of raw material milk is largely dependent on the farming and the diet of the grass-fed cow’s milk is considered best as raw material for making the purest form of ghee.
Traditional way of making Ghee
In the traditional process, one tablespoon curd is added into the milk. Instead of curd, in-home sometimes lemon juice, or any natural sour ingredient is added to milk. The milk stays overnight in a covered pot and gets converted to curd. Once the curd is fully prepared, it is churned thoroughly producing butter which is involves simmering butter to separate the milk solids and water from the fat, resulting in a pure clarified butter that is free from lactose and casein.

Our ghee story
Our ghee is made of clarifying organic butter from Swiss Alpine cows' milk. The preparation process used for our ghee is a traditional Indian recipe. Our method preserves the micro-nutrients giving rich richer texture in natural golden colour with enticing aroma and flavour.
