In Ayurveda, ghee holds significant importance and used due to its therapeutic properties. Ghee is believed to improves memory and cognitive functions, healthy eyes and skin glow, enhances mental clarity, the absorption of nutrients, and aids in the detoxification process.

Our ghee is made of clarifying organic butter from Swiss Alpine cows' milk. The preparation process used for our ghee is a traditional Indian recipe. Our method preserves the micro-nutrients giving rich richer texture in natural golden colour with enticing aroma and flavour.

Traditional uses also for baking, steaming, refining finished dishes; spices are roasted in it before they are used in dishes. Ghee is also delicious on bread as a butter alternative. It can be heated up to 220°C (428° F) . Ghee is one of the products that can be consumed every day.
